Those familiar with Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery realized its significance long before former Wisconsin Governor Anthony S. Earl proclaimed it as the "Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin" in 1984.

We have over 495 proud dairy farm family owners who contribute to our creamery living throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. We formed our cooperative to manufacture and sell butter, but over the years we have added cheese and our ever popular cheese curds!

With warmer weather here- we will use insulated boxes and ice packs on all orders outside of Wisconsin, Minnesota at an additional charge of $12. We will ship 2nd day Fed Ex or UPS on all orders outside of the 2 day ship area from Ellsworth. This is to ensure the quality of of our product.
