Ellsworth White Cheddar Cheese Curds taste like no other because they come from 30,000 cows on 460 family farms in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our farmer/producers are very fussy about quality and it shows in every fresh batch of Cheese Curds they produce.

100 Year Celebration
Beginning in the early 1900's, the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery still remains at the heart of the Ellsworth, WI community. Part of their history is the story of great managers, board of directors, growth and industry changes throughout the years.
