100 Year Anniversary Celebration

The Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery has a great deal of pride in its products, what if offers its members and the history that has allowed us to stay in existence for 100 years. The pride started with the first members taking a chance to build a better life. We are working diligently to continue to provide those returns for not only this generation, but the next.” Paul M. The Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary in June. On Saturday, June 26th , the Creamery will be holding a short program at 1:00 pm at the Pierce County fairgrounds. Starting off the event will be an antique tractor parade.
There will be a cheese carver from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board carving a 40 pound block of cheese, and you may even have a chance to carve a chunk of cheese. Come and enjoy a dish of homemade ice cream along with, of course, our famous “squeaky” cheese curds.
A Special Recognition goes out to the seven farms that have been shipping milk to the Creamery for 100 years:
