- WHEN EVER & WHERE EVER YOU WANT A TASTE OF CHEDDAR - JUST ADD OUR DELECTABLE CHEESE MORSELS! Yummy! Suggested Wine Pairings
Since curds are not aged and are very light in traditional cheese flavors, the flavoring agents become prevalent in considering wine matches. Curds pair well with lighter white and red wines, and with most beers. Consider these pairings:
Cajun Curds: Ales, Lagers, Pilsners
Garlic Curds: Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir
Plain and Salted Curds: Chenin Blanc, Rose, Pinot Noir
The possibilities are endless! Be creative and come up with some of your own.
