*We recommend two day shipping to assure product quality.  Three-day delivery is generally OK to cooler regions during winter months.  We will be using "Next Day Air" during warm/hot weather seasons.

*Cheese may arrive room temperature. This condition should be fine if you refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

12 Ounce Package - Vacuum Sealed Our customized vacuumed sealed packages have been tested to have a shelf life that exceeds 14 months when kept refrigerated and unopened. The oxygen is taken out of the bags – yet the cheese remains loosely packaged and not sucked together into an unappetizing clump of cheese. The longer the cheese remains inside the sealed/unopened package the more enriched the cheddar flavor becomes. Once opened, eat within 3-5 days.           You may place cheese curds in microwave oven for about 15 seconds to restore the squeaky freshness. $3.75 per 12 oz package

The shelf life is two weeks - but we will be vacuum sealing these to increase the shelf life to over a year - when the package remains unopened and refrigerated. The longer the cheese remains in this condition - the more aged the natural cheddar becomes, enriching its cheddar flavor. To enhance the squeaky freshness – place inside a microwave oven for about 15 seconds – or until just warm. 16 Ounce Frozen Lightly Hand-Breaded Cheddar Cheese Curds
These lightly hand-breaded cheddar cheese curds actually seem to melt in your mouth. The breading is so light that you actually taste the rich cheddar cheese and not the light breading. These delectable cheese morsels are hand-breaded.

Deep fry until they begin to turn lightly brown and float. Less than a minute!

The quality Ellsworth Cheese that is used is a low-moisture cheese that almost entirely eliminates any blowouts. These cheese curds go through our state of the art sifter to eliminate the finer pieces of cheese – so that you get more cheese for your money!

They can also be broiled or placed on foil and grilled! Turn cheese over as they brown. Best when deep fried.
