IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION -- PLEASE READ
- We ship using UPS
- UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
- The shipping address must be a street address . UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please verify the shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We recommend two day shipping to assure product quality. Three-day delivery is generally OK to cooler states during winter months.
- We will not ship UPS ground to destinations that are more than 4 days via UPS ground, since they will not arrive until the 7th day (5th business day) after leaving our store. You may choose “3 Day Select” or a faster shipping method for these destinations.
- UPS does not ship ground or 3 day select to AK or HI. You must choose a 2-day or faster shipping method for AK or HI.
- We may substitute Priority Mail for UPS ground in some cases if it provides faster or equal delivery time.
- Products may be room temperature when the cheese arrives, but their condition will be fine if refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

Secure Server: Our website is hosted by PressEnter. You will see a padlock in your web browser's border when you are prompted for payment information during the checkout process which indicates the page is secure.
Phone Orders: We will be happy to take your order over the phone. Just give us a call during store hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. 715.273.4311
Credit Cards: We wiII not charge your credit card until your order ships. The billing name and address you enter when ordering must be the same as the name and address of record for the credit card.
Delivery Dates: We normally ship early in the week so packages arrive by Friday.
Gift Cards: We wiII be happy to include a gift card with your name(s) and short message. Simply request it in the Special lnstructions section on the Gift Box order page and provide the desired information.
