FOX-9 (Twin Cities) TV reporter M.A. Rosko visited the Ellsworth Co-op Creamery Wednesday for a profile on the creamery. Rosko was at the creamery for about 60 minutes, as she interviewed numerous people who gathered waiting for fresh cheese curds. Rosko also gathered the latest information on cheese curds from Dick Reinhart, owner of Dick’s Fresh Market in River Falls, a supplier of cheese curds (right), along with Creamery CEO Ken McMahon and Marketing Director Tricia McMahon.
